It is scarcer still when it is registered. Four 5c stamps to cover the correct registry rate are affixed at the back. (Right) Mrs. Ortigas had her Heroes Souvenir Sheet cancelled and tied to cover just before the bottom date 'Feb 9, 1944' was excised on the first hour of the 17th creating a nice combo with the perforated heroes set.
